Smart meter for gas is not showing any usage at all

My gas meter is not working, the display on the meter itself doesnt go up at all and my in house display shows 0 for gas usage.

Never had an issue befire having a ‘smart’ meter fitted, wish I had never bothered as now I will no doubt have hassle and overcharging through no fault of mine.

How do I get someone to fix it??
