Smart meter has not submitted readings for one year


Smart reader has not submitted readings for a full year.

Also the IHD has not connected to the SM either.

I’ve read on the forum that a hub reboot is needed. Can I request this is done please?

I have now requested a comms hub reboot. It will take about 6 weeks for the outcome.

In the meantime could you submit a manual meter read from your meter so that we can produce an accurate bill?

The hub reset has half worked. Now the IHD is only displaying gas and not electric
I’ve checked my meter readings under the Usage tab and it seems that gas readings are being submitted but not electric.
