I’ve just had a smart (?) meter fitted. It’s telling me that I’ve spent £0.94 on GAS … but I only have electricity! This does not inspire confidence in any of its readings and I cannot see how to remove the gas budget altogether.
Apparently I’ve already spent £198 on gas this year! How do I get a refund?
Worse, I rang the contact number given on the display but it’s INVALID.
Looked up a number for Bulb online but they are “very busy”. I’m not surprised!
