Same problem as many others. The home display shows both current meter readings but on the daily use “So far this week” screen the electricity use is blank (four dashes) and it says it can’t get the electricity reading. Turn it off/on and it’s fine for a couple of days, then the same. Have tried the web-based procedure Bulb have to re-set the connection but it doesn’t help, it still loses the electricity reading after a few days. I assume the actual electricity meter reading is still being received by Bulb and it is just an issue with the IHD display device ?
I am having similar. Smart meter installed last week. Electricity shows kWh and £. Gas only shows kWh on IHD. And in the account details on the website, the electricity smart meter readings are showing but nothing for the gas.
