Smart Meter IHD not working.

Have to say very disappointed with Bulb, looking at the number of complaints across various platforms stating that their new Smart Meter IHD is not working its obvious they have issues… This problem is not an isolated incident and seems to be growing by the day.
The Siemens engineer told me it could take up to 48 hrs to synchronise, it’s now apparent he was probably aware they’d be an issue hence the comment (get out of jail)

Come on Bulb get your act together as this appears to have been ongoing for sometime now so its not a new problem.

I really wish I’d have read the reviews before taking a day of work to have a worthless bit of kit installed.

Yes you really should have read the reviews, I have and am still a happy bunny with a non smart meter.
