Smart Meter/IHD

I had a smart meter installed some time ago. I’ve reported that the display just says “Waiting for data” but heard nothing back for several weeks. I’ve now had an e-mail asking for a meter reading and reported the IHD again.

I’m starting to think Bulb are a bit rubbish. I only has the smart meter installed because they prompted me to.

I am still waiting for my display unit that they didnt have in February when installed the smart meter. The smart meter does not work i still have to give readings. I have phoned and emailed Bulb several times. I keep being told i am a priority but still waiting. I too am thinking Bulb customer service is total rubbish
