Smart meter: In House Display (IHD) not showing electricity rate information

I was wondering if anyone has experienced something similar. We moved our electricity and gas supplies to Bulb last month. We had a SMETS2 meter installed at home by our old supplier. I can see that Bulb is now showing as the Gas supplier on the In House Display (IHD) with the correct rates shown, but the electricity supplier and rate appears “dumb”. I’ve tried switching it on and off again but to no avail. Do we need to get an engineer to visit the property to rectify the issue or will it resolve once the last bill has been paid to the previous supplier? It does seem that the IHD is picking up the meter readings from the electricity meter; it’s just not converting this into a cost due to the missing p/kWh rate info. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
