I’ve recently had smart meter fitted via Bulb, but on the in-house display I cannot get a reading on electricity - only gas; the button on the display unit does not work to switch view - does this mean I only have a smart meter on gas supply? We were told by the fitter on the day that both were done; or maybe the display unit is faulty - can this be replaced or fixed? thank you for any advice
We have exactly the same problem, I have just come into this group to see how to rectify this! Any ideas anyone?
Report it to bulb to get your name on a waiting list to have the problem fixed. They say it’s currently about 4 weeks wait.
