Smart meter installation appointment

Hi, I have been trying to get an appointment for months, there was a power cut and my meter is down, no one is replying to my email to customer service. I must have sent more than a dozen, super stressed and frustrated :frowning:

Hi, I’m in the same situation as you, been waiting months for an appointment paying over the odds in the wrong tarriff. All they say to me when they do reply is Siemens have a backlog of meter installs to work through. Hope you get sorted soon.

Thank you for posting and welcome to community.

Your meter has gone into failsafe mode. This is where a prepayment meter resets in order to ensure your supply continues to flow without any issues following a power cut. I can see that we are awaiting for our metering team to book you in for the next available appointment. Let us know if you have any further questions.
