I had a smart meter installed on 23rd April 2019.
The engineer was only able to do the electric meter on that day as our gas meter requires a safety bracket to be fitted before it can be set up on a smart meter and he arranged with Bulb for the bracket to be obtained and said that Bulb would be in contact to arrange for a second visit to convert the gas meter when it had arrived.
I am still waiting to hear when that will be done.
How long should that take ??
