Smart meter installation

I keep getting emails to arrange a smart meter installation. When I go to book one. I’m advised my meter is not suitable. I have 7 properties with bulb and all with different meters… surely one of them is suitable.
I’m using the bulb app atm and its very difficult to chat with a bulb team member as I cant find an option to start a chat

Hi @Daren I am not sure why you even want one, have you not seen all the problems they are facing?
