Smart meter installed about 8 months ago but it's still not live and I cannot add meter readings as the account hasn't been updated

I’ve had smart meters installed I submitted readings the morning of the changeover. My has readings still think I’m on the old meter and won’t let me put a reading in. Electric meter had just recently been updated about 6 months after installation.

What do I need to do? I obviously can’t just phone the people at bulb.

Why ever not, that’s what most people would do?

just scroll to the bottom of the page you will see the contact us details

In addition to the link Skippy64 has provided, there’s lots of help here in the Help section that is linked from the top of the main Bulb home page, and in the footer of every page. From there you’ll find the “Contact us” button that goes to the page Skippy listed.
