The Siemens engineer installed gas and electricity smart meter on 22nd /march 2019, but not installed in home digital display saying the services got activated.
Now it is over a month but no communication from bulb and keep sending mail of feedback. My question even I doubt the smart meter activated. And bulb is not replying when will they install in home digital display at my home. Does they take this seriously because I fed up mailing them.
Kindly take action please.
