Smart Meter Installed, error message on HID

I was lucky enough to have my smart meters installed yesterday and it went fairly well, the engineer had a few issues but all sorted in the end.

The only issue I have is on the HID display it states that my gas supply is disconnected, this message pops up every 30 seconds or so.

If you want it to be fixed, then yes.

I’d suggest opening a service desk ticket with Bulb by making use of the private communication methods detailed in the Help pages linked above. Whilst Bulb staff do post here, this thread might get missed whereas as a service desk ticket will should not.
