Hi, I had a Smart Meter installed in December and smart readings are showing on my account in early Janaury and February. Before having the Smart meter I was receiving monthly statements but have not had one since 1st December. Does anyone know when I should receive the first statement after having a Smart meter installed?
Bulb have had ongoing problems for some time with smart meters and statements/billing. Don’t hold your breath while they fix it
