Smart meter installed in March but still not received IHD despite chasing

As the title says, I had a smart meter installed in March but have still not received the IHD. I chased this with bulb a few weeks ago but this seems to have been ignored. How do I get the smart meter?

I wouldn’t worry too much as they don’t seem to work. I’ve seen loads of posts saying they don’t work. Ours just shows the time. We’ve put it in the cupboard now next to the chocolate teapot.

From there you just need to click ‘My IHD isn’t showing energy usage’ and run through the step
