Smart meter installed only showing electric on hub

Had a smart meter installed 18.12.20. On the display it is only showing electric usage. I have switched off and back on, what else do I need to do please?

Your gas meter has just been left unconnected to the network like mine was. Bulb don’t care if they don’t work they just care about getting them installed.

I’ve just taken a look at your account and we’re expecting smart reading to start coming through by 17/01/21 so we still need to give the meters a bit of time to set up.

Please also make sure your IHD is connected to Wifi so we can connect to it to get your gas usage on there.
