Thanks for arranging the smart meter installation which went smoothly this time
It just occurred to me that I haven’t made a note of the readings just prior to the installation
My last reading was submitted 4 days ago so not much data was lost but would your engineers do a reading first normally?
I find the estimates tend to be wildly off as I’m a low user
Also, previously it was mentioned to me if I were to switch to a single fee tariff as opposed to my eco7 one, I can do it for free with a smart meter installed. Is that still true? And how to I get about finding out the single tariff for my account?
