Smart meter installer didn't arrive

I have a booking to have a smart meter installed (via e.on) this morning. But he hasn’t arrived. Who do I call?

Ah, call bulb not e.on.

… e.on cancelled, but I didn’t get a email/sms/call. Have now rebooked.
