Smart Meter installs during lockdown

Hi folks,

Does anyone know if bulb are doing smart meter installs during lockdown?

Ive got one booked for this Thursday, and although I havent been told its been cancelled, it has disappeared from my account page.

Additionally, does anyone know if the install would be successful for gas, as my supply is a medium pressure supply, which had a problem with getting smart installed a couple of years ago

I can confirm your smart installation was cancelled and you should have received an email on this around 13/05. Please could you check your inbox and spam folder for the email.

We have started to carry out a limited number of smart meter installations following new health and safety protocol, so you may be able to rebook this soon.
