Smart meter issues-gas meter still not sending readings

Had smart meters installed 1st October 2019.
Neither were sending readings to start with since then and quite a few calls the electric was sorted after months but the gas one still is not sending reading to either Bulb or the IHD.
Please tell me that you have manage to sort out a fix.
If not I may have to start looking at other suppliers.

This has gone on for a while, Thank you for your patience so far. Looking at the data we can still see there is an issue with connecting to the gas. There may be a particular error with the network which is harder to fix than we first thought.

I will communicate with the SMART team, We will find out the status of this issue and let you know. I have raised this with them today and provided an email to keep you updated.
