Smart Meter Issues

I have had smart meters for 11 weeks, up until 31st August both Gas and electricity meters showed historical data on the IHD. From the 1st September the historical data for the gas meter is no longer shown . Is this a meter fault?

There also seems to be a problem with Bulb getting actual readings from the Electricity meter as my last 2 bills show estimated readings rather than the actual readings.

Smart meters are a great idea but the technology seems very flakey.

I’ve got a similar issue where Bulb are taking Smart electricity readings but not gas. Only had it for a month. The app took away the option to submit an electricity reading (which makes sense at that’s being collected automatically) but left the button for gas (which I used this month to send a reading manually).

Is there something we need them to do to start taking the readings automatically?
