Smart Meter keeps restarting despite coms reset months ago

The smart meter that I have installed has been constantly cycling through restart and won’t work/connect to the meter.
Requested a coms-reboot months ago and still no joy.
I have turned the smart meter off, left it for a whele, retried etc. but no joy.
Latest bill was based on estimates so clearly something wrong woht my setup.

Any suggestions?!

Thanks for your post!

I’ve just re-requested the Comms hub reboot for you as it didn’t resolve the issue at the time.

Could you also please change your smart settings to half hourly here. This can sometimes give the meter a boost and can make it start sending readings.

If you log into your account, you can also let us know your IHD isn’t displaying data and try a reboot there.

Hi, I’m having the same problem. No issues before with my meter but in the last couple of days it’s lost connection and constantly resetting itself.
