Smart meter missing gas tariff

Hi, posted this previously but it seems to have been lost.

Had my smart meter installed yesterday morning and the electricity bit works fine, showing me how much is used.

The problem is the gas tariff. It hadn’t downloaded yet from what I can see. When can I expect it to link up to me gas tariff?


When my smart meters were installed the installer told me the gas might take a day or two to come online. It connected to the display but had the occasional hiccup. I did start to worry when I couldn’t see my smart gas reads on the bulb app. I got in touch with a team member via the chat. He told me he would sort it out. It’s taken about a week but it’s spot on now.
