Smart meter no display

I changed to Bulb from OVO on 25/9/19, and got my final meter reading from my OVO account online - I have a first generation smart meter (which I realise will no longer work). However, in the meter outside there is now no display either. Anybody know what this means - as things stand I have no idea about consumption. Many thanks in advance

Are you saying that the meter’s display no longer works so it is impossible to read it?
