My meter has failed to provide readings for electric only. The usage graphs have no data and readings are now estimated. A re-boot apparently has been done but to no avail. what is suggested now?
Hi @martin895, I can see on my Comms hub reboot sheet that we’re still waiting for your reboot to take place - this can take up to 6 weeks depending on where you are in the country. This should be done in the next few days though, so hopefully this will get your smart readings coming back through
