Smart Meter not connecting

We had our Smart Meter installed on 3 May.

Engineer advised that the Display would connect in due course…

Now 5 May and it has not connected to either electricity or gas.

Has he forgotten to do something? Was he in too much of a rush to get down the pub?

No, a lot just don’t work as of yet… unfortunately.

We have exactly the same thing 20EP - same installation date too and our device isn’t showing any data yet. Phproxy - do you know when they will start to work?
