Smart meter not connecting

Bulb recently installed a smart meter for both my electricity and gas. The engineer had not been supplied with an iPad that day so once installed he could not complete the connection himself, requiring him to phone head office. However it was past 6pm so head office was shut…

I now have a smart meter handset that is not connected to the meters themselves. When i try to do this myself the device says ‘Connecting’ for a number of minutes then times out. Can anyone from Bulb help here?
