Smart meter not displaying anything

Title. Had a smart meter installed on Tuesday, engineer said the display would eventually update with our usages etc, has only been displaying “Waiting for current data” and nothing more - I’ve looked online and found that this is a common issue but how do I get it solved?

Ours is the same. It’s a bit frustrating that I can’t speak to anyone for help and that the email I’ve sent will be replied to in the next 5 working days.
