Smart meter not relaying gas readings to bulb

Hi. For some time now my gas readings have not been relayed to bulb and yet my smart meter appears to be working and showing both electric and gas usage.
I haven’t received a statement since late last year either

I see that both of your smart meters are sending us readings are being sent to us, we have completely up-to-date readings for both fuels.
