Smart meter not sending electricity readings

My smart meter no longer sends readings for electricity, but it still sends gas readings.

Also the display only shows gas and the buttons don’t function if you try to switch to the electricity view

I can see we are having issues receiving reads from your electricity meter. It looks like we emailed you about this back in September to let you know we will be replacing your meter as soon as we can.
