Smart meter not sending reading since 24th June

Just noticed I’m not sending readings
IHD all looks okay

I’ve taken a look at your account and can see that we’re still getting smart reads from your meters. That’s why the IHD is a-okay too, as it relies on those smart reads.

Are you referring to the graphs that’re in your Bulb account? We’re having some known issues with them currently that mean they aren’t displaying properly in some cases.

It’s an issue we’re aware of and our software engineers are working on a fix. Hopefully they’ll have sorted out the tech gremlins soon :japanese_ogre: :crossed_swords:

I’ve just had a look in your Bulb account and we now have data for up to 1st August. The app may show something slightly different (as I’m looking on the desktop version) but have a look at that and let us know if you have any questions :relaxed:
