Smart meter not sending readings but WAN light on

My smart reading has not been sending readings since end April. My in home display has also stopped connecting and keeps restarting itself.

Reading online i have checked the lights and the WAN light flashes as it should but not the HAN. That explains why my in home display doesnt work but if the WAN is working the readings should still be going through to Bulb?

I have seen others with similar issues who have had their hubs reset so is this my only option?

The wan light flashes at 5 second intervals? Any quicker than that and it’s trying to connect. If han is not flashing then indeed the ihd won’t work

We’re unable to talk to your meters right now due to a connection issue with the Communications Hub (comms hub) which sits on top of your electricity meter. This hub is the part of your meter setup that sends readings to Bulb and to your in-home display.

We’ve requested for your comms hub to be remotely rebooted, which usually helps re-establish the connection.

The reboot will be complete within 6 weeks.
