Smart meter not sending readings since going smart

Gas meter has not sent a reading since going smart in June
This has meant I have not paid for gas for months.
I uploaded a picture of the updated reading twice and it’s still not showing in the account.
I used chat and was told it would be sorted but still not done.
Am I getting my gas free for having to put up with the hassle?

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your gas meter and the issue hasn’t been sorted yet.

I just had a look through the account and we are receiving gas meter readings from your meter, but the readings have remained the same for quite a few months which doesn’t look correct.

I’ve just bobbed you an email asking for an updated reading/ meter photos so we can get to the bottom of what is going on.
