Hi I have a Smart Meter and just noted on my current Bill the Gas usage is only estimated and no Gas usage shows on Smart Meter , please can you assist

I can see that we are only getting your electricity meter reads. We are sorry about this, it can happen if the connection is not strong enough between the two meters as the comms hub is located on top of the electricity meter. I am going to flag this to our smart team. In the meantime you can upload a manual gas meter read from the meter itself following this guide.
We can then bill you to an accurate read and make sure that your account balance is up to date.
Thanks for your reply and I read the instructions and the meter only shows Meter Index no meter readings.
The index will be the reading. Hope this helps
