Smart meter not showing IMP R02 reading

Since being with bulb I have manually read my smart meter which was installed by Eon. However I am now only getting a IMP R01 reading and no IMP R 01 reading and therefore am unable to submit a reading

If not please email a video (if possible - or send photos) of you cycling through the screens to help@bulb.co.uk with a short description of the problem.
