Smart meter not submitting readings


My smart meters haven’t sent any readings since 1 December 2021, with 1 January 2022, 1 February 2022 and 1 March 2022 being estimated readings.

Can you please look into this and get the meters reset so they send readings automatically. I was able to submit manual readings for both gas and electricity on 31 March 2022.

Your smart meters have attempted to be enrolled onto the brand new network for smart meters, your meter was one of the old ones. This process can take a few months and we started early 2022. It looks like yesterday there could have been a successful enrollment, please let us know if your next bill is estimated and thanks for your patience so far.
