Hi smart meters haven’t been taking readings now I’m 500 plus pounds in credit. Cand read the meters manually. I’m sure I probably owe loads and this causing me so much anxiety. My ihd hasn’t worked and no one has helped me fix it. Please someone help me

I have taken a look at your account and we have lost connection with the smart meters meaning the reads won’t send to us and the IHD won’t display your usage data. I have requested a remote reboot to try and reconnect the meter. This can take up to 5 weeks to work.
When you say you can’t get readings have you tried to follow this guide?
