Smart meter not working properly

Had my smart meter fitted on the 16 May and it has ever shown the electricity reading issue reported several weeks ago . My online account however is showing smart readings on the electricity bit gas is showing the zero readi g from the May 16 and my credit is sky high is anyone else having the same issue I though it would all be sorted by now

I guess you can say some smart meter customers are having problems. Have you had a look at some of the multitude of threads on similar sort of topics?
