Smart meter not working

I’ve just switched to Bulb and now my smart meter from my old supplier is not working. Is it possible to link it to Bulb or get a new one?

Hi @JoeHudson, Bulb are going to be rolling out 2nd gen smart meters from June which are interoperable between all suppliers.

Sadly the meter you have is not possible to be read by Bulb at this time so until the new rollout, you will have to read the meter manually. If for some reason you turn down the Bulb smart meter, it should be possible for Bulb to read your existing meter around the end of the year when software updates should make the 1st gen meters readable by all suppliers.
