Smart meter not working

Hi,
I recently joined bulb and noticed my smart meter stopped working. To try to fix this, I turned off my smart meter (from Eon) and turned it on again. Now it does not even give any meter reading. Does anyone know how to fix this?

@perrypig123 when you say smart meter, do you mean the in-home display that you can plug in? I’m afraid these don’t always work once you switch away from the supplier that installed them.

You should be able to get readings from the actual meters attached to your walls, though. The guide @Allanr posted above can help with this.
