Smart meter now showing nothing after update.

On June 13th I had an email from you stating that you would be changing my meter settings.
Previous to this my meter was only showing Gas usage.
On 20th June my meter sparked into life. I had lights and both Gas and Electric readings.
Sadly, this didn’t last. From 24th June I have no lights and no readings for Gas or Electric.
Any more longer lasting fixes in the pipeline?
