Smart meter - only electricity

I have a smart meter but only electricity consumption is read. What to do to read gas as well?

Looking at my system, it appears that only your electricity meter is a smart meter, which is why we’re not able get readings through from your gas meter.

We are looking at being able to exchange non-smart meters for members who already have one smart meter, but we’re not quite there yet. In the meantime, we’ll still need you to submit meter readings for your gas meter to us.
