Smart Meter Problems not fixed after 3 months

I have had a smart meter installed since 22nd May. A few days later the display stopped working and since then I am now on estimated bills as I cant now send any readings as the meters are not working properly. I have called, emailed and sent letters numerous times. Every month is estimated and the customer service is the worst ever as they never get back to me and dont seem interested in getting this problem fixed after 3 months. I feel ashamed I introduced 4 friends to Bulb now.
BULB - If you are reading this why after 3 months has the problem not been fixed?

Whilst your problems are clearly unacceptable, why are you unable to read the meters and submit readings manually just like you used to do before? That’s why everyone else does with “smart” meters that have stopped sending automatic readings.

My health has declined and I am not as mobile as I once was hence another reason for smart meters.

I have a similar sort of problem. My IHD has NEVER worked since smart meter installation. I have asked BULB to tell me how to read my meters but they have not advised me. I too have told people how good BULB are (were).
