Smart Meter Reading 'Invalid'

Having transferred to Bulb, when I try to enter on the bulb portal my first electricity reading (using my existing smart meter) I get the note ‘enter a valid reading’.
This suggests the 4866.3kWh figure is inaccurate. Please can you explain?

I don’t have a smart meter but it could be you need to add a zero at the beginning and ignore after the point.
as in: 04866.

Hi @ks_ I would advise putting a 0 in front of the meter reading as @scudo has suggested. If you are still having difficulty please let me know!
