Does anyone else have any trouble with their smart meter. My smart meter was fitted by a previous supplier, but since I have switched to bulb it does not work.
It’s likely a SMETS1 first-generation smart meter, which Bulb can’t read yet. You’ll have to submit manual readings until they can.
If you had British gas as your supplier and used their free time tariff the meter might be giving two readings one for most of the time and one for eight hours on a Saturday or Sunday depending on the day chosen for a free time tariff. Mine still reads two readings and I give Bulb both readings every month.
