Will I get a new smart meter on moving to bulb? Also, how smooth was the transferral process?
Hi @barbara683 if you have an existing smart meter we should be able to communicate with it from Late 2018. In the meantime, you should be able to take readings from it as you would a standard meter.

The DCC, who are setting up the systems for smart meters to communicate with all suppliers, are working to make this compatible with all smart meters but this is still a work in progress. :bleep_bloop:
