My smart meter IHD wasn’t working, I have followed the links and still not working… However, I have just received an email from you saying the actual meter is faulty and will need to be replaced!!! and that you will rely on estimates until that is done (4-5 weeks till I get email to arrange a date!!) how can my usage be registered if the meter isn’t working? how will I know what is correct? This month appears to be an estimate and is more than normal, not loads more but still higher than normal?
