Smart Meter still not working (after 1 month)

Although BULB tell me they are picking up my readings they are still using estimates??? Even more annoying there is no reading on the GAS meter.
What is going on a little bit of honesty would be appreciated

you would think someone from Bulb would answer on this forum

@medical, to get a reading on the gas meter, you simply need to press the ‘A’ button.
