Smart meter stopped sending readings, solid WAN light

Hi - I tried asking this in a similar thread but had no response. Our Smart meter was fine sending readings up until April of this year, it then only sent data intermittently during May, seemed to work ok for a couple of weeks in June but since the 24th June, nothing. The WAN light is solid red, nothing around the meter has changed.

I understand sometimes a remote reboot needs to be requested. Can someone @bulb please help?
